Permission is granted by us to copy, print and distribute in hard copy sections of the our website for the purpose of browsing or for placing an order at Kidsworlduk.co.uk. Any unauthorised use of the material on this website without our prior permission, may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws.
Acceptance of Order
The Contract in respect of the products supplied by Kidsworlduk.co.uk to our customers only commences when your order has been accepted by us. For the avoidance of doubt, receipt of an order via our website does not indicate acceptance of an order.
Item Descriptions/Specifications
We reserve the right to alter item descriptions and specifications without prior notice. All descriptions/specifications (weights and measurements) are approximate and are only given as a guide. Due to product development and varying outputs from different devices colours are also approximate. Wood is a natural product and the grain or shade will vary from piece to piece, manufacturers normally use different grades of wood for items such as cots or cot beds and therefore the stain can appear differently.
Secure Payment
Please note that we will only charge your account for payment once your order has been processed.
The purchase area of our website is secure meaning we use Industry Standards SSL Technology which allows the encryption of all personal details including your credit card details.
Back Orders
In some cases ordered/purchased items may not be in stock. In the unlikely event of this being the case we will contact you immediately and give you two options. The first option would be to wait until the item is available in stock and the other is to cancel your order. At this time we will also be able to give you a more approximate date of when your order/purchased item/s are likely to be in stock. Most of our products will be available again in 3 working days time.
Cancellation of an Order
Please note orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed. It is therefore in your best interest to contact us immediately after an order has been placed which you wish to be cancelled.
Furniture & Nursery Items
Please allow up to 21 days for the delivery and assembly of any furniture or nursery items. The reason for this is that in many cases these items will be sent to you direct from the manufacturing companies. In the unlikely event that your furniture/nursery items are not in stock we will contact you immediately and inform you of this. You will then have two options either to wait until the item is in stock again (this could take up to 7 weeks) or cancel you order, and your money will be refunded.
Incorrect Delivery Address Provided
Please note that if an incorrect delivery address is supplied and upon delivery your goods are signed for by the incorrect party Kidsworlduk.co.uk cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for any losses you incur as a result of this.
Delivery Information
We aim to deliver orders the following day after the order is placed, but please allow up to 3 days for delivery. If the goods have not been delivered after 3-days please contact us at info@kidsworlduk.com and necessary arrangements will be made, we are really sorry if this is the case.
Redelivery Process
In the event of a failed delivery on the first attempt, the customer will be left a card by our Courier Company informing that a second attempt to deliver will be made on the next working day (Monday to Friday). If on the second attempt the consignment is still undelivered then the goods will be held at the local Post Office or Parcel Force depot for a further two working days for the customer to collect at their convenience. If the customer fails to collect their item/s from the depot after 2 days the goods will be returned to Kidsworlduk.co.uk. If the customer requests the item/s to be redelivered we will charge a fee of £20.00.
Returns &Refunds
We have a 7 day customer satisfaction policy. If upon delivery you feel that you no longer require the item/s you have purchased you may return your item/s to our Warehouse/Premises no later than 7 days after the purchase date. The following conditions must be met in order for the return/refund:-
- - The item/s must be in brand new and unused condition
- - All packaging must be intact and not damaged in anyway
- - A copy of your receipt/invoice must be supplied to us for proof of purchase
If the above conditions are met please send your item/s back to the address stated below. Please note the cost of returning items should be met by the customer. We will only refund the cost of the items and will not refund any postage costs if one was originally incurred.

Faulty Goods
Once you are in receipt of your goods and in the unlikely event that you discover there to be a fault with your purchase please contact us immediately. We will then arrange to collect the goods from you and send back to the manufacturers for them to inspect. The manufacturers will then assess the good/s and will repair/replace only if the fault happens to be manufacturing. We will not be able to repair/replace any item if the manufacturer claims the fault is due to customer misuse. Upon checking the goods the manufacturer will draw up a report stating the problem with the goods and if the manufacturer does state that the item has been damaged because of customer misuse then the customer will be given an option of paying the repair fees or having their item sent back to them without it being repaired.
If faulty items are reported after 7 days of delivery we will ask you to return the goods to us at your own expense in order for you to be entitled for a repair/replacement. Please note we do not offer refunds after 7 days of receipt of your goods.
We advise that you send any faulty products back to us via courier to ensure that they reach us promptly. When booking a courier for your goods please be sure to ask the courier company for a tracking number, without this we will not be able to track the progress of your return once it has reached the manufacturers for inspection.
Please make sure you inspect all goods as soon as you are in receipt of the same.
Spare Parts
If for any reason you require spare parts/pieces for your goods please contact us and we will inform you of the contact details of the manufacturer so you can contact them directly. In many cases the manufacturer will send you the parts for free, but this is not always the case.
Financial Liability Exclusion:
kidsworlduk.co.uk can not be held financially liable for delays in receipt of item(s) whether known or not known by kdsworlduk.co.uk and/or the customer, including compensation for delay or reimbursement for the purchase of a delayed or cancelled item at greater expense from an alternate supplier, under any circumstances.
Guarantee
All items purchased from kidsworlduk.co.uk are covered by a 6 months guarantee.
We will exchange or repair any product if it displays a manufacturing fault within 14 days. If it displays a manufacturing fault after 14 days but within the guarantee period we will repair or send spare parts to you free of charge. Accidental damage and damages caused by misuse is not covered by this guarantee and therefore a charge will be made.
0-6mths - Manufacturing faults will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
0-6mths - Accidental damage, misuse or general wear & tear - £25.00 admin handling charge plus any repair charge if applicable.
Please note any repairs made will not extend the original guarantee of the product.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Privacy Policy
Kidsworlduk.co.uk does not disclose information on its customer's to third parties. The only exception to this rule is for our couriers' delivery requirements.
Cookies are used on this website purely to track your shopping cart activity so that you may recall this information.
Kidsworlduk.co.uk will never send unsolicited emails (junk mail) to you. You will only be forwarded an email containing shipping, payment and your unique order reference confirmation, which we strongly suggest you retain for future use.
The information about you which we retain is as follows:
Your name, address, telephone number and credit/debit card details. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. Any information we hold on you will always be current and precise.
